There seem to be so many good reasons to cut sugar and I can absolutely relate to the bingeing I’ve been doing if I’ve been living on an energy bar all day long. I’m not saying I’m cutting out all sugar from my diet, but I most certainly will cut it down drastically. Thanks for sharing your journey with us!

I love the feeling of cutting out carbs, I always feel amazing for doing it. Less sluggish and full of energy. Though, I miss croissants! Those are my weakness! Well done for going through the 30 days, I’ve cut all sugars out before a few times to detox and then slowly just add natural ones back in, it makes the taste of most sweet things too much and pretty unappealing, which is good! I don’t need them!
