New York has always had a special place in my heart..and when it comes to Fashion Week I love the city even more. New York Fashion Week is by far one of my favorite times of the year, I am already counting down the days til I get to go in September !
One of the most crucial parts about Fashion Week is the outfits. For weeks before I cannot help by obsess over the different outfits I will wear ! Countless times I dig through my closet and scour my favorite online stores in order to find the perfect pieces, but almost every year I find myself wearing an outfit I picked out the day before, or I am lucky enough to work with some of my favorite brands so I can pick out the perfect outfit seamlessly.
This year, I wore one of my favorite outfits yet from my favorite places to shop, Urban Outfitters and Sam Edelman. This first outfit was a serious hit and got so many compliments. I couldn’t believe it ! This outfit was super trendy and while I have a very trendy style, I sometimes have a hard time splurging on pieces that I am not sure I will be wearing a year from now. With the entire outfit’s price adding up to $100, I couldn’t say no. Not only are all the pieces so cute together, but I cannot wait to wear them separately too !
The cropped sweater I am so excited to pair with high-waisted jeans, or my favorite denim skirt. The overalls are so in style, I know I will wear them over and over again with a bandeau or just any plain tee underneath. Finally the shoes, the shoes are one of my favorite parts of the outfit because they are such a statement, but being silver they go with everything ! I will wear these boots with jeans, business outfits, party dresses, and so much more !
