Second semester Senior year has been exciting, stressful, sad, sentimental, hopeful, ambiguous, and really just emotional. As the reality starts to set in that I will be leaving for college in just about 5 short months..we are all starting to get pretty sentimental. Even though I am still waiting to hear back from majority of my schools and have not officially said where I am going next year, I know I will not be close to home. I sometimes forget how young you are still. It’s really cool that even towards the end of senior year, your home is somewhere you view as special rather than “AAHH get me out of here” haha! It does sound like a lot to go through! Moving across the country alone is really tough, I have done it a few times. Building new friendships and missing family is the hardest part, but you get to be independent and find new things. All the best!
