Time really does fly by doesn’t it? I really do want to try the Whole30 method as well as I have these crazy cravings for all kinds of things unhealthy. What I can’t get over though is the fact that you get up at 4:30 AM. No matter what method or diet I would be on would make me a person at that hour, haha. 🙂
