Whether you are going to a cookout, a party, or just watching fireworks, this outfit works perfectly. With the heat at this time of the year, this dress is great because of how light it is and the necklace adds just the right amount of red. It is a great way to be fashionable and festive all at the same time. These boots I also believe to be an investment. You can wear them in almost any season with almost anything, along with them being unbelievably comfortable, they are truly the perfect bootie.
