Matter of fact I just went to Fly this morning! My instructor was super energetic and encouraging too. She greeted me at the door and even encouraged me by name while spinning. I’m just in it for the workout so I don’t really mind the Torque board, lol. And a little competition never hurt anyone!

I would want to try this, but I often work out on my own, except with my husband, who happens to sweat as much as I do. lol I only started liking group fitness 4 years ago and have since just loved it.
