Now usually I am not one to rave about window displays, but Alice + Olivia’s are truly exceptional. Every single morning when I walk past them, I cannot help but stare in disbelief about how perfect they are. From the clothes, the colors, the backdrops, to even the gestures of the mannequins, everything is done perfectly.
While this post was prompted by the fabulous window displays I continue to pass, I also am absolutely in love with the brand. Every single time Alice + Olivia releases a new line, I cannot help but stare at the pieces in disbelief. I find it amazing that every single season they continue to out-do themselves. So below..I am sharing some of my favorite pieces at Alice + Olivia right now for all of you to see ! This morning, while rainy, could not have been more ideal going to SoulCycle and then one of my favorite juice bars, Beaming. Beaming is in the perfect location on La Cienega right off of Melrose and next to Alice + Olivia, Rise Nation, Alfred’s, Melrose Place, and so much more ! Whether you need a quick snack or meal post workout, a smoothie while you walk through the farmers market, or an afternoon snack, Beaming is the perfect place !
Some of my favorite things from Beaming is the Kale-fornina smoothie, the Rockstar smoothie, the Booty Burn smoothie, the Sexy Mayan, their Acai bowl, Banana Bread, Overnight Oats, and so much more ! Honestly, nothing there is bad. They also sell my favorite almond butter of all time, it is seriously to die for !
Long story short, Beaming is definitely one of my favorite places to visit in Los Angeles and I highly recommend. They have multiple locations across the state and offer cleanses along with a full menu. Check out Beaming below!
In LA, Sunday’s are arguably my favorite day of the week. I have always loved Sunday’s because they are relaxing, and a sort of debrief from the weekend, but in Los Angeles Sundays are especially special because of farmer’s markets, flee markets, and all the unique things going on !
My favorite flee market and farmer’s market are on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood. The Farmer’s market is on Melrose Place in the morning and the whole street is shut down for vendors. There are so many people and so much energy with the most amazing food, I absolutely love it !
Additionally, at Fairfax High School there is my favorite flee market where you can buy a variety of clothes, jeans, jewelry, and so much more. It is so random, but so fun. Below I am sharing some photos of myself at the Farmer’s Market and some things I have bought while there !
FIRST, I am going to talk about my favorite coffee shop, Alfred’s Coffee + Kitchen ! Seriously, I don’t think I can imagine LA without Alfred’s and I crave it every single day. Since I started at USC and moved downtown, it is a bit of a hike to get there but I still go as often as possible. My favorite things to order there are the iced Matcha Latte with almond milk, The iced Chai Tea Latte with almond milk, a plain black coffee, a vanilla latte, or their kombucha on tap. Honestly, all their drinks all are so amazing you can’t go wrong.
With multiple locations, each location has different food options and certain drink options everyday which is so fun. One of my favorite shops in the Alfred’s in the Alley on Melrose, I love their bagels and sandwiches you exclusively order at this location. The one on Melrose place is also a total sight to see as it is in one of the most popular areas in West Hollywood and is oh so adorable.
