In Louisville, we are lucky enough that a popsicle shop just opened called Steel City Pops!! I go all the time. They have the best flavors at the most reasonable prices! Choose from Creamy, Fruity, Cookie Pops, or Coffee flavor! Other popsicle shops I have loved and been to in the past are Las Paletas in Nashville and Popbar in Delray Beach! One aspect that definitely made Popbar stand out was they provided the option to have your pop dipped in White, Dark, or Milk Chocolate and add a topping! Even though making pops is pretty idiot proof..most popsicle shops cater so worse comes to worse, have your local shop cater your plans!!
